In accordance with § 103, sec. 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information provided by the issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing information required by the provisions of law of a non-member state as equivalent (Polish Journal of Laws of 2009, no. 33, item 2012 as amended) (the “Ordinance”), the Management Board of City Interactive S.A. will publish periodic reports during the 2012 financial year as follows:
• Consolidated report for the fourth quarter of 2011 - February 29, 2012
• Consolidated and separate annual reports for 2011 - April 30, 2012
• Consolidated report for the first quarter of 2012 - May 15, 2012
• Consolidated report for the first half of 2012 - August 31, 2012
• Consolidated report for the third quarter of 2012 - November 14, 2012.
The Issuer’s Management Board also declares that:
- in accordance with § 101, sec. 2 of the Ordinance, it will not publish separate quarterly and consolidated quarterly reports for the second quarter of 2012,
- in accordance with § 83, sections 1 and 3 of the Ordinance it will not publish separate quarterly reports or a separate semi-annual report, however the consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated semi-annual report will provide quarterly financial information and the condensed semi-annual financial statements together with statutory auditor’s report on review.

The Management Board of City Interactive S.A. announced that the release of “Sniper Ghost Warrior 2” on PlayStation®3, Xbox360® and PC will take place in the second quarter of 2012. The Issuer’s Management took this decision to ensure optimal development of all production elements and to enable an effective, global marketing campaign for the game. The “Sniper Ghost Warrior 2” marketing campaign will be run in cooperation with The Ant Farm, LCC (belonging to the DDB Worldwide Communications Group Inc.), a well-known US advertising agency focusing on the media and entertainment industry, responsible for promotional campaigns for global games such as “Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 3”.

The Management Board of City Interactive S.A., acting pursuant to art. 70, sec. 1 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offerings and the Terms and Conditions for Admission of Financial Instruments to an Organized System of Trading and on Public Companies, hereby announces that on December 19, 2011 the Company received a notification from QUERCUS Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., acting on behalf of managed investment funds, i.e.: QUERCUS Parasolowy SFIO, QUERCUS Absolute Return FIZ, QUERCUS Absolutnego Zwrotu FIZ (the “Funds”), concerning a decrease by the Funds of their joint share in the total number of City Interactive S.A. votes and decrease below the 5% threshold of total City Interactive S.A. votes. The Funds’s shareholding decreased below the 5% threshold as a result of the disposal of shares in the Company on the WSE regulated market on December 16, 2011. As at December 19, 2011, the Funds held a total of 628 945 shares in the Issuer, constituting 4.97% of the Issuer’s share capital and carrying 4.97% of total votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders. In relation to current report no. 40/2011 of September 9, 2011 concerning the signing of a binding letter of intent, the Management Board of City Interactive S.A. announces that on November 28, 2011 an agreement was signed with DECK13 Interactive GmbH, based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, concerning production of an RPG (role-playing game) for Xbox®360, Sony Playstation®3 and PC. Completion of game development is planned for 2013. For the Issuer, Tomasz Gopow, one of the principal developers of “The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings”, was appointed Lead Developer. DECK13 Interactive GmbH has produced a wide range of successful video games, including RPG titles. The provisions of this agreement do not differ from the terms and conditions normally applied for this type of contract.

The Management Board of City Interactive S.A. hereby announces that on November 7, 2011 it received confirmation of forward foreign exchange transactions executed with Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., consisting of the sale of: USD 2.5 million – forward rate PLN 3.2060 – with settlement date of 29 June 2012, valued at PLN 8 015 000. At the same time the Issuer’s Management confirms that as at the date of drawing up this report the total value of forward hedging contracts executed with Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. amounts to PLN 49 827 560.40. The aim of the above transactions is to hedge currency risk for the Issuer’s foreign exchange asset positions. The forward contracts were executed on market terms which do not vary from the terms universally applied in these types of transactions. The value of forward contracts exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity and therefore fulfills the criterion of a significant agreement.

The Management Board of City Interactive S.A. hereby announces that on November 4, 2011 it received confirmation of forward foreign exchange transactions executed with Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., consisting of the sale of: EUR 2.245 million - forward rate PLN 4.3527 - with settlement date of May 31, 2012; GBP 0.5 million - forward rate PLN 5.0357 - with settlement date of May 31, 2012. GBP 0.677 million - forward rate PLN 5.0407 - with settlement date of June 29, 2012; The total value of the above transactions is PLN 15 702 215.40. At the same time the Issuer’s Management confirms that, as at the date of drafting this report, the total value of forward hedging contracts executed with Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. amounts to PLN 41 812 560.40. The aim of the above transactions is to hedge currency risk for the Issuer’s foreign exchange asset positions. The forward contracts were executed on market conditions which do not vary from the conditions universally applied in these types of transactions. The value of forward contracts exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity and therefore fulfills the criterion of a significant agreement.

The Management Board of City Interactive S.A. announces that an agreement was executed today concerning the assignment of all rights and obligations under a significant agreement executed by the Issuer on September 1, 2011 with Vivid Games Spółka z o.o., based in Bydgoszcz, of which the Issuer made notification in current report no. 39/2011 of September 2, 2011. Pursuant to the assignment agreement, the Issuer’s subsidiary Business Area Spółka z o.o. has assumed all rights and obligations under the development agreement concerning the mobile version of “Sniper: Ghost Warrior” for platforms using iOS, i.e. iPad®, iPhone® and iPod Touch®. iPad®, iPhone® and iPod Touch® are registered trademarks of Apple Inc.

The Management Board of City Interactive S.A. announces that on September 26, 2011 it received confirmation of forward foreign exchange transactions executed with Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., consisting of the sale of: GBP 1.25 million – forward rate PLN 5.05 – execution date December 2, 2011; and EUR 1.30 million – forward rate PLN 4.39 – execution date December 2, 2011. The total value of the above transactions is PLN 12 009 875. At the same time the Issuer’s Management confirms that as at the date of drawing up this report the total value of forward hedging contracts executed with Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. amounts to PLN 26 110 345. The aim of the above transactions is to hedge currency risk for the Issuer’s foreign exchange asset positions. The forward contracts were executed on market conditions which do not vary from the conditions universally applied in this type of transactions. The value of forward contracts exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity and therefore fulfills the criterion of a significant agreement.

The Management Board of City Interactive S.A. announces that the company has today received notification from Marek Tymiński, President of the Management Board of City Interactive S.A., concerning his transfer on September 21, 2011 of 5 000 shares in City Interactive S.A. on the basis of a contract of donation, the value of which was established at PLN 22.10 per share pursuant to the average price of the company’s shares listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as at the date preceding execution of the contract of donation, i.e. as at September 19, 2011. Marek Tymiński currently holds 6 475 794 shares in the company, constituting 51.19% of total shares and carrying 51.19% of votes at the General meeting of Shareholders of City Interactive S.A.
