Romanian studio registered2011-08-29

A fully-owned City Interactive subsidiary headquartered in Bucharest – the capital of Romania – has been registered. CITY INTERACTIVE STUDIO S.R.L will be a production company responsible for the development of video games, i.e. free-to-play online first-person shooters.

Subsidiary CITY INTERACTIVE STUDIO S.R.L was formed as a part of the Warsaw-based company's strategy to expand their product range following the most recent trends in the video games market. It is also another step forward in the City Interactive Group's development.

The Management Board of the newly established company comprises Mr Michał Sokolski – also a member of the Management Board at City Interactive S.A. and Director of the Issuer's Development Department, and Mr Bogdan Oprescu, who will be Executive Producer.
