Votes and shares held by shareholders.

The Issuer's share capital is divided into 12 650 000 shares including:

- 10 000 000 series A shares,
- 40 000 series B shares,
- 2 500 000 series C shares
- 110 000 series D shares.

All shares are ordinary bearer shares with a par value of PLN 0.10.
